The Sony HT-7200DH Component Home Theatre System features a 900 RMS watt receiver with true 5.1 surround sound, and a 1-CD/DVD player with HDMI output, which converts standard DVD video to full 1080p HD picture. It also features a Digital Media Port for connecting accessories that can interface with PCs, iPods, and Bluetooth devices, as well as BRAVIA Sync for ease of connection to and use with Sony BRAVIA HDTVs. The receiver is also XM Satellite Radio Connect & Play ready with a paid service, and will support dts, Dolby Digital, and Dolby Pro Logic II encoded digital audio playback.

- No upconversion or upscaling of analog video inputs
