Sony MDR-XD200

The Sony MDR-XD200 is a low-end set of "movie quality sound" headphones with a Circum-Aural design (completely covers the ears) and a tailored headband to provide excellent listening comfort. According to Sony the XD200 headphones "produce deep, accurate bass for a great listening experience". The MDR-XD200 headphone set features a 40mm diameter drive unit, with a 1500mW (1.5W) high power handling, meaning it withstands constant day-in, day-out use at high output levels. The MDR-XD200 headset also includes additional features such as a 360kJ/m3 high power neodymium magnet, gold plated stereo plugs to maximize sound efficiency, comfortable ear pad fittings designed with urethane leather, a sound mode switch that can be used to match the source, 3.3 ft oxygen free copper cord designed for maximum conductivity, and an adjustable headband for custom fit.
