Equipped with a 2.4 inch LCD and a 39 key QWERTY keyboard the mylo from Sony rings in a new breed of mobile devices, often called Mobile Internet Devices. Capable of playing most media (mp3, mp4 video, pictures), browsing the web, instant message, and even works as a VoIP wireless phone. Available in black and white since September 2006.

  • You can use a phone as a modem with the N800 to connect to the Internet through a cellular network.

  • Doesn't work as a cell phone (though VoIP is supported)
  • No build-in GPS
  • Some software installs required a desktop computer with MS-Windows

  • Not enough RAM / Bloated OS
