Pros

  • easier to watch movies with than having to scroll through each individual icon through the sub menu when pressing triangle
  • No dedicated power button so that you don't accidentally turn the system off while your watching a movie.
  • easy to sync with system. once paired , it stays specific to that one ps3.

Cons

  • No backlight
  • Accidentally pressing a button when not using system can turn system on, unwantingly
  • No dedicated power button
  • No volume buttons
