Sony VAIO VGC-LV140

Introduced in early September 2008 at CEDIA, the VAIO VGC-LV140LV is the most basic model in the VAIO LV Series from Sony. Aimed at enthusiasts and those who want the latest technology in a stylish all-in-one enclosure, the Sony VAIO VGC-LV140 includes all that is required for fast computing, content creation, and watching high definition media. Featuring an all-in-screen design much like the iMac, the Sony VAIO VGC-LV140 features a 24" screen with full 1080p capable 1920 x 1200 resolution, 4GB of DDR2 800MHz ram, a 320GB 7200rpm drive, and an Intel E7200 processor. The VGC-LV140 model comes with a basic DVD writer and onboard graphics while the two higher end models share NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS graphics cards (which are capable of playing the latest games albeit at lower resolutions only) and blu-ray drives (the most expensive model comes with a writer). The VGC-LV140 only comes in silver, with a pricetag of $1699.99. See the Sony VAIO LV Series for more information.
