The Epic Expert is a competitive cross-country bike from Specialized's Epic series that is designed to provide fast and efficient performance. The bike features an M5 alloy frame with 100mm of FSR suspension to reduce bumps and give a smooth ride. It includes Avid Elixir R hydraulic brakes with long-lasting metallic pads for smooth braking control. The Epic Expert has a full suspension system with an enhanced AFR inertia rear shock and a damper made with Specialized and Fox parts. It also has wide DT Swiss rims and S-Works tires for traction and control. The bike is available in a black/charcoal or white color and has a suggested retail price of $3300. Specialized also makes the Epic Expert Carbon which has a similar design but differs in some of the components.
