Specialized FSRxc Pro

The Specialized FSRxc Pro is Specialized’s ultimate XC cross-country bike. Although expensive (over $1999), the Pro outperforms all other FSRxc units. It is in fact considered only slightly beneath the infamous Stumpjumper FSR, especially with the differences between them being quite limited. For instance, the FSRxc utilizes an M4 (rather than M5) blend alloy frame. Regardless, the Pro still stands tall as a champion due to its impressive RockShox Reba SL 120mm fork that is ultra-lightweight, yet provides enough tracking to be pushed hard and with plenty of control. Note also the Avid Juicy 4 brakes, which are extra powerful for awesome stopping power even when riding on wet/muddy surfaces. Signature to the Pro is its fully adjustable air spring suspension, which allows users to easily adjust the air pressure to fit their body weight — the result being greatly enhanced performance.
