Specialized Rockhopper SL
The Specialized Rockhopper SL is the base model in Specialized's line of Rockhopper SL hardtail, affordable mountain bikes. It has a fully butted M4 manipulated alloy frame with ORE down tube and asymmetrical seatstays for light weight, durability and compliancee and features a RockShox Dart 3 SL fork with external preload and rebound adjustments which allows quick fine-tuning and lockout to eliminate bobbing on long climbs. The dual-piston Auriga Pro hydraulic disc brakes give dependable stopping power while the Shimano crankset with Octalink-splined BB interface and Shimano Deore Shadow 9-speed rear derailleur gives quality shifting and improved performance. The Specialized Rockhopper SL comes in either Black or Gloss Flo Red.
