Specialized Roubaix Elite
The Specialized Roubaix Elite is a lower end model Roubaix performance endurance road bike offered by Specialized, and is designed for long, smooth and fast rides. It is built using a FACT 7r carbon, triple-monocoque frame with Endurance Road geometry and Zertz inserts for the perfect blend of stiffness, compliance and light weight. The Specialized FACT carbon monocoque fork is full carbon and also features Zertz inserts to help absorb vibrations and it uses Specialized Pro ergonomic alloy handlebars for all-day comfort. It uses a Shimano 10-speed drivetrain with Arch design brakes. The Mavic CXP-22 S, aluminum triple-wall, sleeve joint rims have CNC machined sidewalls with eyelets, and come with Specialized Roubaix Pro II 700x23cc tires and Standard presta valve tubes. The Specialized Roubaix Elite is avaialable in Carbon with a long cage rear derailleur as the Roubaix Elite Triple, and in Carbon or White with a short cage rear derailleur as the Roubaix Elite Compact.
