Specialized S-Works Epic Carbon Disc

The S-Works Epic Carbon Disc is a competitive cross-country bike from Specialized's Epic series that is designed to provide fast and efficient performance.   The bike features an 11m carbon frame made by FACT that provides strength and rigidity.  It includes Avid XX R magnesium body brakes with alloy-backed pads and carbon levers for smooth braking control.  The S-Works Epic Carbon Disc has a full suspension system with an enhanced AFR inertia rear shock and a damper made with Specialized and Fox parts.  It also has a Roval Control SL XC wheelset, DT Aerolite spokes, and an S-Works carbon seatpost for minimum weight and faster acceleration.  The bike is available in a natural carbon/red finish and has a suggested retail price of $8800.
