- unbelievable last performance by Heath Ledger
- excellent follow up to Batman Begins
- Intricate storyline with many layers of depth
Cons
- action sequences are gratuitous at times and not fulfilling
- some of the weapons/gadgets can seem corny and stand out in the realistic setting
- the story is almost too complicated and introduces some plot holes
