Spike Shooter

Spike Shooter, not for you kids under 18, is a new energy drink that promises to keep you awake waaay longer than you ever should. The drink has 300 milligrams of caffeine (equivalent to about three cups of coffee). The drink also contains the amino acid L-Tyrosine (a mild stimulant) and Yohimbine (weight-loss supplement and treats erectile disfunction). Spike Shooter is the color of blood and aims to have a tastier flavor than other energy drinks.

Details

Born out of the dietary supplement industry, Spike promises to deliver more stimulants and energy than any other energy drink on the market. Perhaps overzealous, SPIKE has raised controversy by being banned from Thomas B. Doherty High School, a high school in Colorado Springs, Colorado, after two students were rushed to the emergency room. Other students complained of symptoms such as heart palpitations, nausea, and vomiting. Following this incident, 7-Eleven stores across Colorado pullled the product from shelves.

It is currently available in test markets in Colorado and Northern California.

  • makes me a bit shaky the 1st time i used it but the 2nd i wasnt shaky at all

  • Not as powerfull as other energy drinks, e.g. Monster, Rockstar, Guru, Tab .etc
  • Can make you irritable

tasty and effective you can have the equivalent of 3 cups of coffee in a couple of minutes, which isn't enough to make your hair stand on end, but plenty to get you through the whole day.

I tried it, great taste, small can and was off the wall for a few hours at work. It tells you to try half the can which may be a good idea for those of you who stayed awake for long hours. Great dietary supplement.

im 16, had two nervous breakdowns and im always tierd. ive drank 6 cans of redbull and normally drink 3 coffees a day, and im still falling asleep in class. what more damage can i do by drinking this? I always fell asleep in class too. Except instead of trying to fight it I just slept! Why not? It's not like you actually learn anything in class anyway. When I got to Uni I went to MAYBE 50% of my classes, especially in later years. And ended up doing much better. Class is an obstacle to learning.

owensdaddy19: im also from ga. if youre really bent on trying this shit... well "Temptations" in Hardeeville, SC sells it. its pretty expensive-- $4 a can, but the stuff is potent. it is like doing lines of coke, from what i have been told. personally ive never done coke, but im a small girl, and after two of these, i didnt sleep for two days and was still lit like a firecracker, and got VERY VERY sick. Temptations is the only place ive ever known of that sells this stuff. Its right across the talmadge bridge on the left, just past savannah. good luck bud. btw, i wrote this assuming that the "19" is your age. You cant get into temptations if youre a minor.

I drank two and 1/2 cans my first time having it and i was kinda light-headed and had alot of energy couldn't to sleep till 3:00 and i drank it at 5:30 probably the energy drink ive ever had
