As odd as this might sound, I think it's a pretty good idea for a lot of people to make sure they drink enough water. I have the opposite problem.

I sell them on ebay if you are ever interested... just look up hydracoach... ddzoo It can help people who drink too much water as well .... but then again, it won't put a choke hold on your throat to stop you :o)
