I posted a message for Terance and I'd like to help you out as well. I honestly don't know what in the world would have caused the crash with your computer, I've never heard of that before with WebWatcher.

Let's make this right if it hasn't been refunded already, i'm happy to do so.

I understand how frustrating they can be... their software was illegally installed on my computer. And they DENY DENY DENY. I had to close my business. As a developer not having a secure environment is crippling. And when no one will admit that they installed this because they will be charged with the crime... well no one will help you. And I have tried and tried with their support folks and their fraud folks. AND McAfee covers this program up, and so does Symantec/Norton. I reported a problem with their program almost at the time it was installed. My traffic jumped massively causing my hosting company to block my IP addresss by noon every day. I've lost at least 5 months of my life because of this program. And the money is running out, partly because the person who installed it also cleaned out my bank accounts. Internet security is only an illusion industry. Its a nice warm fuzzy that people beleive... And no one wants to beleive otherwise. ( Hey any chance you still have the manual to the program? Might be useful...)
