"I bought one in Jan '09 to test it out and found it easy to use. I could not get the remote to work with my TV, which is fairly new. So in Jun I bought another one for my Mom and my Old JVC TV so she could watch TV. I haven't tried to use the remote with that TV since my Mom is rather older and can't remember how to use the remote and I didn't want her to get even more confused with the new remote after she finally got comfortable with the TV remote. We both have reception problems with the box which hasn't been cleared up, but what can you do..."
