"I bought this for my elderly parents. At the time they were using a dialup connection. I set up the same connection for them as a backup, and connected them to a local wireless network using a USB connection. Everything worked well right out of the box. There were no issues with setting up connectivity or installing pre-owned software. This is a great solution for people that are checking email and looking at photos and videos online."

new pro/con: Sideways DVD drive works better than expected
new pro/con: Not loaded up with a lot of software that sucks resources
