New pro/con: 12 x optical zoom, was best on market at the time
New pro/con: motion stability is amazing!
New pro/con: shutter speed can not be manually set long enough in a bright light situation to really get the "movement effect" (can't close aperture down enough)
New pro/con: no external flash boot on camera
New pro/con: color swap, color set, etc. some of the funnest in-camera settings
