More information

As one of the only small computer interfaces with analog inserts, you can use the US-122 to place hardware devices (compressors, etc.) into the recording signal chain. Two line-level inputs on balanced 1/4" TRS jacks are included, and are switchable to guitar-level for direct instrument recording into your computer. The US-122 also provides a dedicated control for adjustable zero-latency direct monitoring, providing a sonically pure reference point before entering DAW processing. Its two line-level outputs provide control for levels, and a dedicated headphone output is also included. Replaced by the Tascam US-122L.

Caution! This product has no drivers currently available for Windows Vista, and Tascam operational support has been unresponsive about this issue.

Hey ewdespault - I have the US 122, and man would I love to get my hands on some vista drivers. Could you do us all a favor and somehow raise some stink with Tascam about this? Cas

Another user has pointed out that Tascam told him that the drivers will be available in May. Sorry for third-hand info.

May, eh? And now it's September and no sign. Tascam have been saying "ma?ana" all year, and it's not good enough.

Come on, Tascam! We need Vista drivers. Do NOT buy this product if you run Vista.
