Teac SR-LUXi
$160.00
Released May, 2010
The Pros:Looks very nice on a bedside table, elegant design. Small footprint, doesn't take up too much room. Emits a soft and relaxing light, ideal for bed time.
The Cons:Lamp feature barely illuminates anything, can't read by it. Controls take awhile to work out, a little complicated. Can never get very loud, won't ever fill a room with sound.
The Teac SR-LUXi is an FM LED tabletop audio lamp / digital clock radio / iPod & iPhone dock. It’s essentially a hollow square with an iPod/iPhone charge/play dock in the middle, a digital clock on the bottom, stereo speakers on the side, and an LED lighting system on top.

It functions like any other digital alarm clock / dock in that users can wake up to iTunes, charge their iPod, listen to FM radio, connect another audio device via auxiliary, etc. The big difference however is that with the added lighting system, users have the addition option of using the unit to engage in late-night reading. Plus the lighting can be used to more easily wake up in the morning.
