- They have great plans! No contract, per second billing, no system access fee.
- A very clever deferred cellphone payment plan.
Cons
- Annoying commercials - KOODO ding!
- Bare bones customer service, call centre open less than the business day, and usage charges apply to any services performed through it.

Pros
- Excellent Customer Service
- Accurate Monthly Billings
Cons
- CDMA Technology Based Network
- EVDO only available in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto
- No SIM card for CMDA means no switching between multiple owned phones
- CDMA signal is weaker than GSM signal
- Bell Mobility's CDMA signal works in places TELUS CDMA signal doesnt.
- No UNLIMITED DATA plans.
