The third full length album released by Disturbed. This album was Disturbed's second straight number 1 debut on Billboard 200. A special edition of the this album was released, containing illistrations by McFarlane and Capullo.
The track "Stricken" was used as the theme song for Pay Per View's World Wrestling Entertainment 2006 New Years Revolution.
