Hi Terance:

I'm the Vice President of Consumer Sales for AwarenessTech and your comments here concern me. We always cooperate with people who believe the software has been illegally installed.

Our software can only be installed with physical access to the computer, as the owner, with admin rights or with permission to install. There is no other way.

I am perplexed at your comment in regard to your ISP blocking, and your traffic 'jumping' - that has absolutely nothing to do with WebWatcher, as it's a monitoring service.

If you feel that you have been wronged, let's make it right.
