The Nuptse Vest has an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio with its 700 fill down insulation, yet it packs tightly into an internal pocket for easy carrying. It will also zip into selected jackets from The North Face to create a single cold weather jacket. The shell is water repellent ripstop nylon with a nylon and taffeta lining and it has a taffeta emergency hood. There are two zipped hand pockets and a zipped internal security pocket. Machine washable.
