On the heels of the popular Run Lola Run, Franka Potente stars as Sissi, a young nurse dedicated to her role as caregiver to patients in a mental hospital. She approaches her job with compassion and a little bit of rebellion, endearing her to her patients and the staff. One day Sissi is caught up in a situation that requires Bodo (Benno Fürmann) to save her life through an impromptu medical procedure. This leads Sissi on a quest to find Bodo, firm in her belief that destiny wants them to be together.

Tom Tykwer wrote and directed this film in the same vain as his popular Run Lola Run, but tones down the intensity, making this a sweet film where the viewer is left routing for a happy ending. In German with English subtitles.
