The difference is that the cover features a portrait of rap singer Soulja Boy. Overall, it's features are fairly standard, save for the OS (Ice Cream), and it lacks a webcam, as well as sufficient storage space. Plus, the manufacturer is new to the business, and hasn't yet revealed whether or not the device comes with any sort of warranty.
