Pros
- Easy synchronization
- Easy data entry on the watch (if you have to enter data on the watch itself)
- My work hours change every day. I can easily put my schedule into the watch, 3 months at a time. I can keep all the phone numbers I need, my wife's and daughter's social security #s, anniversaries, etc. When the battery dies after about 14 months, it's easy to replace it and to download all of the info from my PC back to the watch.
Cons
- The software for this watch was written by Microsoft, and they have no funding or reason to port the application to Mac OS.
