The TiVo Wireless N Network Adapter is a wireless network adapter designed for use with the TiVo Priemere DVR. The adapter will also work with all dual-tuner TiVo boxes using 802.11n, g or b wireless network standards though it is not compatible with the DirectTV DVR with TiVo.

The wireless N adapter is designed to deliver quicker transfer speeds across longer ranges using the 5GHz band which means less interference from devices using the 2.4GHz band. It has multi-room viewing feature that allows the transfer of recordings from one TiVo box to another but in order to transfer music, photos and shows to a portable device, TiVo Desktop software is required.

As it is an ethernet wireless bridge, there is a web based setup interface which offers more configuration options compared to a standard USB wifi adapter
