Details

The Tivoli Audio Music System takes a minimalist approach; it comes included with a slot-loading CD player, AM/FM radio, alarm clock /w dual alarms, and an auxiliary line-in for connecting other inputs sources like your iPod. At its price-point, many expected features were left out; there is no HD radio, satellite radio, iPod dock, network streaming, or DVD playback.

It's sound quality is good, but far from being up-to-snuff for hardcore audiophiles. With all of it's downfalls, it may seem unlikely to find a place in the market, but on occasion it has been very well received. It competes with the popular Bose tabletop radios.

I don't know about this one. I love the look, but it doesn't quite deliver at this price point. Why didn't they just make it a little better by including some standard features like satellite radio, and an iPod dock.

Sound quality is equal to or better than the Bose, but that isn't saying much. It's a very overpriced Style Guy product.

Agreed. It's way too expensive. Good for someone who has more money than brains.

I think the sound quality is very good, maybe not as good compared to the price, but it is really not bad (I actually think it has a fantastic sound quality). I do agree that the feature-set is not impressive compared to the price. I think it is a perfect choice when you do not have plenty of space for a music system.
