The TomTom GO 2505 TM is one of two GPS navigation devices (GO 2405 TM, GO 2505 TM) released online in late 2010 (ported to retail stores in mid 2011) as updates to its top-tier GO line. Both models build from previous generation models by incorporating an updated class touchscreen display with support for pinch-to-zoom and swiping gestures, more stylish aesthetics, and faster routing.

In particular, the GO 2505 TM hosts a larger 5” display with an updated GUI with reduced aliasing, enhanced graphics, vibrantly colored icons, and easy-to-read text. Also featured is IQ Routes, an exclusive technology that evaluates traffic routes based on actual traffic speeds, thereby allowing the device to provide more accurate routes. Some notable faults include a lack of back buttons in the menus, long over-complicated menus.
