The X505-Q870 is a performance notebook PC from Toshiba's X500 Series for 2010 and is an upgrade to the X505-Q865. The laptop features an 18.4" HD TruBrite LCD display with a native resolution of 1680 x 945 pixels.

It utilizes an Intel Core i7 processor, 4GB of DDR3 memory, and a 500GB hard drive. The laptop also includes a built-in Blu-Ray/DVD SuperMulti drive and integrated nVIDIA GeForce GTS 360M graphics for gaming and watching movies. The X505-Q870 is designed with an LED-backlit keyboard and has integrated harman/kardon stereo speakers with Dolby Digital 5.1 channel surround sound. It includes a built-in webcam, microphone, and face recognition technology for added security. The laptop also offers WiFi, Bluetooth, and Gigabit ethernet connectivity and has a variety of ports including an HDMI port and PCI-Expresscard slot. The X505-Q870 comes in an Omega Black Fusion finish and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
