The Toshiba Satellite P500D-ST5805 is one of six notebooks in the P500 series that was released in October 2009 alongside the Windows 7 operating system. It’s in fact the most affordable and weekly-outfitted units in the series. It does, however, feature a powerful AMD Turion II Dual-Core processor, 4GB of DDR2 RAM, and a 500GB SATA hard-disc drive. Pivotal to the P500D-ST5805 is its large 18.4” screen and ATI Radeon graphics card. These two components give the unit enough power to easily process both high-definition games and films without difficulty. Included also are a plethora of additional features for browsing the net and watching films: 802.11b/g/n connectivity, standard Ethernet, a DVD burner, and even a security cable lock slot for securing the device to an immovable object.
