The Cons:Quite expensive for a PC system. Only European DTV option (DVB-T), no North American option (ATSC). Power supply is external (adds some bulk).

The Tranquil ixL line of nettops are designed to be ultra-compact desktops (-> nettop) that deliver high performance and yet consume a minimal amount of power and produce a minimal amount of noise. The ixL i3 Power PC integrates the latest generation Intel Core i3 CPU (i3-530, running at 2.93GHz) and its fanless design consumes just 30W.

It features an InfraRed receiver, an HDMI output, and can be ordered with a Blu-Ray drive and digital TV receiver (DVB-T), and can therefore be used as a media center PC. The hard drive configuration options go up to 2TB or 64GB SSD, one internal 1x 2.5" SATA will still be available, as well as 3x eSATA 3Gb/s rear panel ports. The unit is constructed with >70% recycled aluminum and steel and comes in satin black.
