Transcend JetFlash 2A

The Transcend JetFlash 2A is a USB flash drive available in capacities ranging from 1GB to 16GB. The 1-8GB versions of the JetFlash 2A measures 75 x 25 x 11mm and weighs 15g. The 16GB version is slightly larger. The 1-4GB versions of the JetFlash 2A can read data up to 16MB/sec and write up to 12MB/sec. The 8GB and 16GB versions can read data up to 30MB/sec and write up to 25MB/sec. This flash drive comes in a plastic silver-colored body with a write protection switch on its side, which allows users to prevent accidental data loss. The JetFlash 2A features plug and play installation for basic use on modern Operating Systems, but users will need Windows 2000/XP/Vista in order to make use of the included “JetFlash elite” software package. Transcend has included tools to lock your PC, protect ZIP files with AES encryption, securely email files, automatically login to websites, store internet bookmarks and backup data automatically.
