The TRENDnet TEW-631BRP is a wireless router that can be connected to a cable or DSL modem to share an internet connection and files across a network. The router utilizes draft 802.11n technology for 12x the speed and 6x the range of 802.11g routers and includes backwards compatibility to support a combination of 802.11g/b/n devices. It offers VPN support, WPA and WEP encryption, a double firewall, and a manual on/off wireless switch to secure both the wired and wireless connections. The router also features StreamEngine technology which prioritizes internet calls, gaming, and video streaming to reduce jitter. The TEW-631BRP is designed with blue casing, a built-in 4-port ethernet switch, and three antennas with technology to reduce dead spots in the wireless range. It is intended to be easy to install, making it easy for the average user to setup, and comes with a 3 year limited warranty.
