Product Shot 1 The Pros:Easy to set up and configure, takes maybe 5 minutes. Games played through it run smoothly, no noticeable lag at all. Gets some great speeds for downloading files.

The Cons:Sometimes difficult to get the correct settings for it from your ISP. Not completely compatible with everything, seems to drop connection frequently with some devices. Difficult to get customer support from the manufacturer.

The TRENDnet TEW-657BRM is a combination of an ADSL modem and wireless router. Internet communication runs through an RJ-11 WAN port, and devices connect either wirelessly or through one of four 10/100Mbps ethernet ports.

Connections can be as fast as 150Mbps, and a Network Address Translation (NAT) firewall is built in for security. QoS technology enables wireless devices to use several streaming services consistently without interruption. Expansion of the wireless network is also supported through the WDS standard. Setup of the IAC and wireless security is handled through a web browser interface.
