The TRENDnet TEW-671BR is a 300Mbps, concurrent dual-band wireless N router cited as delivering 12x the speed and 4x the coverage of a conventional wireless g connection. Its dual-band technology allows it to generate two distinct wireless n networks at the same time. The first stream functions at 5GHz—allowing for streaming of HD content—whereas the other runs at 2.4GHz, which is useful for Internet surfing. Additional notable features of the TRENDnet TEW-671BR include MIMO antenna technology for reduced dead spots, QoS technology for prioritized streams, and comprehensive wireless security, including WPA, WPA2, WPA2-PSK, and WEP.
