"Now that I've ridden these a lot I'd like to give my impressions of them. After breaking them in I'd say they're a medium stiffness, the were very stiff at first, but have since mellowed out some. I'm no longer having any issues with putting them on, I've gotten used to them and can just hop in them really quick now. My TLS is holding up perfectly as is the inner lacing system. I love the fact that the inner laces are sewn into the boot shell, this allows me to ride with my boots looser without having my heel lift much if at all, really adds to the over all comfort. These are the most comfortable boots I've had, and I can't imagine anything being much more comfortable to ride on all day, it's not unusual for me to ride for 12 hours straight out here in ohio, and at the end of the day my feet don't ache, they aren't cold or wet or anything... just... comfortable. I would and have recommended these boots to anyone, they are perfect, I can't wait to try out their higher line next. They don't seem to have much angle on them which conflicts with the Burton Cartel bindings I'm riding, but now that they've broken in, they're not that bad."

"With a little tweaking you can get these to pretty much murder anything else in their price range. First and foremost, even runs of cable!"

"I've got an 03/04 159. Me and that board have been through a lot.. herniated discs, the board getting stolen, getting it back, lots of runs, and tons of good times. I've been fairly gentle with it, but I still ride it, and you'd never know it was 4 years old. The base has held up really well, the top still looks great. I love the flex in this board, the CHB I had before it chattered a lot, this board just sticks to the snow."
