The Good Things:
This product is top notch and hard to beat, even at the sticker price. It will do everything and a touch more; in fact most of the features on the software go unused as they are outside the realm of the normal user. Even advanced users that do this stuff for a living won't use it all.

The Bad Things:
This product is not for the first time user, or the faint of heart. It requires good knowledge of audio video signals, formats, and codecs and that is just the beginning. The learning curve on this software is not that bad, and as you learn it your results improve dramatically.

Highly recommended for those that demand professional results.
