The Universal Remote Control R7 is a programmable universal remote, capable of controlling up to 7 different devices. The R7 features a MacroPower function, which can turn all 7 devices on or off in a single button-push. The keys are also backlit for operation in the dark, and Universal Remote Control’s SimpleSound feature allows users to manage the overall volume of their entire setup with a single volume control. Stored functions remain in the remote’s memory for up to ten years without any batteries. Released June, 2008, the Universal Remote Control R7 retails at $40.
