" After doing lots of research and talking with many avid grillers I decided to bite the bullet and go for the Weber. I bought it because consistently people praised the quality of how it is made, its performance and the service Weber provides. I bought the Weber E-320 with a stainless steal grill. With great excitement I put it together and tried it out for the first time. Much to my surprise the burners and flavorizing bars started turning purple. The next day I did the magnet test on all the parts that were suppose to be stainless steal. Every single stainless steal piece, including the burners, was magnetic, which means it is the lower quality 400 series instead of the higher quality 300 series. In other words if you want a BBQ that is made with good quality parts, avoid the Weber. So I phoned Weber. I got bounced from one representative to another. Finally I was able to leave a message on a manager’s answering machine (no response) and I had another service representative promise that her manager would call me back (also no response). So if you are looking for service, avoid Weber. On the positive side my BBQ for now still cooks well. It is a shame thought that a company with such a reputation for quality is now abandoning that very quality. "
