tweaked and improved for much greater realism - more intelligent positioning, model/ball movement
many improvements to manager mode such as player growth, external stimuli
improves or eliminates the few issues to be had with FIFA 09

Cons

might be a rush job - announced and showed off long before the game was nearing completion
not revolutionary over previous generations of the game
photographers and people on the sideline look horrible, sideline disappears, crowds haven't been redone (unfinished?)
