According to a couple of members at the TeamXbox forums, a leaked flyer from K-Mart shows the Xbox 360 will receive a $50 price drop on the weekend of July 6th. This coincides with the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) that starts on July 14th.
It's unknown as to how much the Arcade and Elite versions of the console will cost, though the previous price drop suggests the Arcade may drop by $20 to $249, with the Elite dropping to $379. Expect Microsoft to make an official announcement in the very near future.
