The VX37L is priced at $899, around half the price of an equivalent Sony product. It supports HD content up to 1080i and includes a built-in NTSC / ATSC/ QAM HDTV tuner to play local over-the-air (OTA) and unscrambled cable (both digital and analog) content.

I see that it's priced at $799.87 at Sam's Club online. [link]

They feature this TV in their commercial. I think it's effective; HD flat panels made affordable:

Purchased Vizio 32 TV on August 6, 2006 - it died on August 10, 2007. I called the Vizio support desk - their answer was "its past the one year warranty - too bad - $749 at Sams Club for 1 year and i week TV - that's not a reasonable price - did not know Vizio then but thought it was safe purchase at Sams Club - wish that I had bought another brand

Know how jimb1234 feels. Bought my 20 inch in February, it died in July. Got a big runaround from vizio, at first they denied any product warranty, then they gave me an rma number and now they once again deny any warranty after I paid to ship the thing in for repairs. Suggest buyer be very very aware.
