The Volvo XC60 is a compact crossover from Volvo. It debuted as a concept vehicle in 2007 with the first European models sold as 2008 models. In North America, the first XC60 model is the 2010 being sold as of early 2009. The XC60 is available in both AWD and FWD, with either a 3.2L inline 6 or 3.0L turbo-charged inline 6 (T6). Like all Volvos, it comes equipped with many standard and optional safety features. The feature that the XC60 is most noted for is it's auto-braking collision avoidance/mitigation system. At speeds below 15 km/h, the XC60 will automatically brake to avoid a rear-end collision.
