The VTech LS5145 is a Bluetooth- and PC-compatible cordless phone system expandable by up to 12 LS5105 accessory handsets. It features both a digital answering machine and Caller ID. As well as functioning as a regular phone, the system can be attached to a cell-phone (via Bluetooth) so that mobile calls can conveniently be made or taken via the cordless handset and base unit—both of which function as a phone. Plus, the system is MP3 friendly as well, and can in fact upload MP3 ring tones directly from a PC. Included also are numerous convenience-related features: conference calls, an integrated intercom, and even a spare battery charger.
