The LG WT5101HV is a top loading washer with a large 5.2 cubic foot capacity. This is similar to the LG WT5001CW, but the ability to heat incoming water has been added. This has resulted in a Sanitary cycle which washes clothes in extra hot water. Apart from this they are very similar, with a lid designed to avoid slamming and a TrueBalance system to keep vibrations to a minimum. WaveForce technology combines strong jets of water with fast rotation of the drum to force water through clothing while still being gentle. The Maytag Maxima EcoConserve MHW6000XW is a mid-cost front load washer. With a five cubic foot capacity, the Maxima washers are the largest Maytag washers to date. The large capacity allows you to cut down on the amount of loads you have to do every week. As it uses 82% less water and 85% less energy than conventional pre-2004 washers, the MHW6000XW is Energy Star qualified.
