Disagreed: "printer has a major flaw - can go to sleep and never wake up"
Agreed: "wireless connectivity - can be printed to from any computer on the network without a required PC host to be online, not tied down to a physical location around a router/hub/switch"
New pro/con: latest driver offered at HP website fixes "go to sleep" problem
