WHAM-O Sno-Hog Sled

This isn't your ordinary toboggan (or GT Snoracer for that matter). If you're lucky enough to live in country where you get a lot of snow, the Wham-O Sno-Hog may provide you, I mean your kids, with many hours of fun. This sled features two large plastic skis, handlebar steering, a foot brake (that you will never use), and folds up for easy carrying and storage. Its design and colors are meant to give you a retro-motorcycle feel. Now, all you have to do, is make a huge jump!

This looks pretty sweet, and actually wham-o.com has a whole bunch of insane toboggans. I was hugely into the GT snoracer of the 80s and early 90s. I used the GT *way* passed the recommended age, but that's when it really got fun. Check out this vintage GT picture my Dad took when I was a kid.

the vintage GTs are still the best...making a huge jump to blast through a snowman is classic winter fun. I still claim to be one of the best GT'ers in the history of humanity. Hey, don't you have a new photo of you hitting that very same jump 10-15 yrs later on a snowboard?

History of humanity? That's a pretty big statement, and might be true considering GTs have only existed for the past 20 years or so.

hey Omar, how many people do you figure have ever owned a GT? Anyways, assemble a list and i will challenge them all to prove once and for all i am the best in the history of humanity. I will concede that there may be a monkey (or robo-monkey) that is EQUAL to my ability. i had the ORIGINAL GT from '83 or '84....flat seat w/ grey skiis. Replaced the side-skiis yearly and the front ski anytime it was busted too bad (usually from hitting trees). Although if the tip is broken, you can bend the end up a little and continue using it with a "stub" for a ski. I spent many an hour packing courses with snowshoes, building jumps, luggin' the sled up the hill....but it is all so worth it for the run down. Including battles with friends down wide&steep hills. thanks for the memories NOMA GT SNORACER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
