Whirlpool WTW57ESVH

The Whirlpool WTW57ESVH is one of two midrange top loading washers made available by Whirlpool, the other being the WTW58ESVW.  Both of these washers are Energy Star qualified using 49% less water and 65% less energy than typical top loaders, have a 4.0 cu. ft. capacity white porcelain basket, and have many other common features. Both have auto load sensing with triple spray technology (TST)optimizing the amount of water being used and the Xtra roll action plus agitator which brings laundry to the bottom of basket for a more effective wash allowing twice the average load size to be washed. Also common between these washers is the fabric sense wash system which optimizes temperatures, agitation speed and cycle time according to the cycle and fabric type, while the fabric softener and bleach dispenser is controlled by an on/off switch eliminating the need to return to the machine mid-cycle. The WTW57ESVH offers 32 wash cycles including heavy duty, hand wash, quick wash and delicate cycle to name a few options available. There are two spin speeds that make up the five speed combinations, with a maximum spin speed of 640 rpm, and the quiet wash noise reduction system keeps operational sounds to a minimum.  The matching dryers for this machine are the electric WED5700VW/VH and the gas WGD5700VW/VH.  The WTW57ESVH is available in a magna red gloss finish and as the WTW57ESVW in a white finish for $100 less, with the dryers coming in matching colours and price difference.
