"Know how jimb1234 feels. Bought my 20 inch in February, it died in July. Got a big runaround from vizio, at first they denied any product warranty, then they gave me an rma number and now they once again deny any warranty after I paid to ship the thing in for repairs. Suggest buyer be very more
